Wondergifts Affiliate & Influencer Program Terms

By joining the Wondergifts Affiliate & Influencer Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying or promoting our products.

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older.
• Open to residents and businesses in the UAE.
• Affiliates may include content creators, influencers, bloggers, publishers, affiliate networks, and Wondergifts customers.

2. Application & Approval

• All applicants must complete the registration form with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Wondergifts reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
• Approval is based on content quality, audience alignment, and brand suitability.

3. Commissions & Payments

• Affiliates will earn a minimum of 10% commission on net confirmed sales (excluding cancellations and refunds).
• Commission is based on redemptions tracked via unique voucher codes.
• Payouts are processed monthly within 30 days of sale validation.
• Sales are tracked using a 30-day cookie window.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent purchases are not eligible for commission.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Wondergifts (e.g., “This is an affiliate link” or “In partnership with Wondergifts”).
• Promotion via:
• Social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Blogs or websites
• Email newsletters
• Private communities
• Messaging apps

5. Prohibited Activities

• Paid search bidding on Wondergifts-branded keywords is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by the Wondergifts business team.
• Misleading or deceptive promotions are not allowed.
• Affiliates may not misrepresent pricing, discounts, or product availability.
• No use of spam tactics or unauthorized email marketing.

6. Content Standards

• Content used for promotion must:
• Be appropriate for a general audience.
• Not contain hate speech, explicit material, violence, or false claims.
• Align with Wondergifts’ brand values (positivity, celebration, and quality experiences).

7. Tracking & Reporting

• Affiliates will be provided with a promo code.
• Sales will be tracked via a future dedicated affiliate dashboard (coming soon).
• Affiliates are encouraged to monitor performance and reach out for support when needed.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the partnership at any time, with or without cause.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate removal and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
• Wondergifts reserves the right to audit affiliate activity and revoke access at its discretion.

9. Modification of Terms

• Wondergifts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Affiliates will be notified of any major changes via email or dashboard notification.
• Continued participation after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
