Voucher Exchange:

Your Wondergifts’ gift voucher opens up a world of possibilities. 

  • You can seamlessly exchange it for any other experience gift available on our website, provided it's of the same or lower price. Please remember you can make this exchange as long as your voucher remains valid. 
  • Want to upgrade to an experience of higher value? Simply cover the price difference. Remember, this exchange option is accessible only during your experience voucher's validity period. The new experience voucher you receive after the exchange will carry the same validity as your original voucher.
Refund Policy:

At Wondergifts, we take pride in offering unique and memorable experience gifts. However, we understand that situations may arise where adjustments are needed. To ensure a seamless experience, please review our updated Refunds Policy below:

We provide a 7-day refund policy for all experience vouchers purchased through our website, www.wondergifts.com. This means you have up to 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that packaging and delivery fees are non-refundable.

Special Conditions for Refunds

Flash Sales and Coupon Codes:
Vouchers purchased during flash sales or using coupon codes are non-refundable in cash. Refunds for these purchases will be issued as credit vouchers.

Reward or Loyalty Points:
If any reward or loyalty points were earned on the purchase, refunds will also be
issued as credit vouchers.

Orders with Free Gifts:
For orders that include a free gift (e.g., flowers or chocolates), the refund amount will be calculated by deducting the cost of the free gift from the original order total.

Service Charges:
Refunds may be subject to certain service charges, which correspond to administrative fees, processing costs, or other non-refundable expenses incurred during the transaction. These charges will be communicated clearly at the time of the refund request.

Orders Paid with Credit Vouchers or Gift Cards:
Any order placed using a credit voucher or a gift card will be eligible for a refund in the form of a credit voucher only. Refunds to other payment methods will not be applicable in such cases.

Exceptions

In certain circumstances, exceptions to our 7-day refund policy may apply:

If the experience is canceled, rescheduled, or unavailable at the time initially booked, customers can request a refund even after the 7-day period.

Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are only applicable for unused and unredeemed experience vouchers.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed through alternative payment
methods.
