1. General Terms for All Promo Codes
- Only one promo code can be used per order.
- Promo codes can't be combined with any other discount code, sale offer, or promotion.
- Discounts apply to the experience price shown at checkout.
- Promo codes have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift cards.
- Promo codes must be entered at checkout. Discounts can't be applied after an order has been placed.
- Some experiences may be excluded from certain offers. Excluded items will not receive the discount at checkout.
- Each promo code is valid until further notice unless an end date is stated in the offer. Wondergifts may change, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time without prior notice.
- Wondergifts reserves the right to cancel orders where a promo code has been misused, shared publicly without authorisation, or obtained through fraudulent means.
2. WOW30 Promo Code
- WOW30 gives a discount on eligible experiences on wondergifts.ae.
- The discount amount is not fixed and may vary by experience, in line with Wondergifts' internal pricing policy.
- The final discount will be shown at checkout once the code is applied.
- Some experiences may not be eligible for the WOW30 discount.
- WOW30 can't be combined with any other discount code or offer.
- The offer is valid until further notice.
3. Special & Seasonal Offers
From time to time we run festive, seasonal, or partner-specific promotions. Any additional conditions, such as eligible experiences, validity dates, or discount amount, will be stated in the offer communication. Where no separate conditions are stated, the general terms in Section 1 apply.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- If an order placed with a promo code is cancelled or refunded, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount.
- The promo code value itself is not refundable or reissued.
- All refunds and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy
