The trip went well, we had a very attentive driver and very safe driving. Our driver was Shahid Khan. We had very attentive staff who calmly explained the rules and regulations and we had the best pilot in Dubai, with an extraordinary landing. An experience that I strongly recommend you try and you won't regret it. Ps, I don't recommend it to people afraid of heights

The company were good at communicating prior to the ride and provided lots of information which was good. As the previous review mentions, it is worth knowing that the flight can be very uncomfortable at times with the burner. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise however our view was obstructed as we were on the wrong side of the basket and when we asked if the basket could be rotated so we could take a picture we were ignored. Overall a great experience but could've been better.

I booked this as a surprise for my partner and I. We were picked up at 4.30am from home and taken into the dessert. Before we started, we were offered tea and coffee then had a short intro to the experience and health and safety talk.We then walked over to our balloon (our group was 3 couples in total + pilot and the other group was around 20). there were plenty staff to assist and our pilot was lovely. We took off and throughout the whole experience the pilot pointed out some landmarks, explained what he was doing, where we were going etc which was very comforting as I am a little nervous of heights! It was so calm, quiet and peaceful. The views we had were breathtaking and it was such a surreal moment. I was nervous for the landing but we had been told what to do and how to prepare, it wasn't bad at all! On the ground our driver met us along with the team, who once again were there to help and assist us with getting out the balloon.For the money and care and attention the team give, I can't recommend them enough, it was really lovely and such a memorable experience.

I’ve done a balloon ride I’m Dubai years ago but this one was great. No nonsense and on time. The pilot was professional and loved his sense of knowing what we would like to experience such as brining the balloon down low close to see the farms and wave at the farmers and the animals and then way up high to see the sun rise and the mountains. Everything from the hotel pickup to hotel drop off was smooth sailing and no need for lots of waiting.

Fantastic morning with Hot Air Balloon Dubai. Our driver Faraz was brilliant - he was on time to pick us up from our hotel and took photos and videos for us on his phone which were sent via WhatsApp on our way back to the hotel. Pilots are very professional and make you feel safe at all times. Would highly recommend! It’s worth the 4am start!

The whole experience was amazing. Our balloon driver was AMIR and he had good communication before picking us up, and great service. All the staff were very professional, and they made sure that we followed all the safety instructions. We had fun, great pictures, and a great sunset view. The captain also had an amazing attitude, very professional, and he explained all the important things to know about the balloon and views. The breakfast was delicious, the camel ride was fun. In general I definitely say that: Don't think about it, just do it. It's worth it! 100% recommended. I chose the DELUXE PACKAGE.
