The rooms were very nice and clean, swimming pool was large and had enough space, seaside was lovely (especially spraying minty cold water over the guests was a genius idea), garden is beautiful to walk, food was amazing, but the staff is on another level! I really liked the service quality, you are indeed welcomed in this hotel! Special thanks to dear Wajahat for his friendly and warm hosting at the restaurant, always asking if the food was nice and if I needed any help. I enjoyed my stay at it's best, definitely recommended 👌

We live in Dubai. Came for dinner at the Al dhiyafa restaurant for Arabic theme night. The staff especially Wajahat really looked after us. Always attentive to ensure we didn't need for anything. Thanks you very much. Excellent service. We have been to other restaurants in the hotel before and always enjoyed ourselves.

I celebrated my 60th birthday in Dubai, hotel was fabulous. From concierge staff, housekeeping, pool side and club lounge staff were amazing. Staff in club lounge go above and beyond to look after you with 5 star service. Matti, Sofia, , Hassam, Barakat and a special mention for Myat who was exceptional. We will definitely be returning. Another fantastic stay at Habtoor. Great service/staff and love the place. Everyone makes you feel special and treat you very well. From room, pool, customer service, concierge, beach staff to food it all has been provided with perfection. We love the room views and all the new changes to the hotel.
