I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with attention to detail that made the stay comfortable. The staff was courteous and always willing to assist with any requests. A great experience overall, and I would definitely stay here again!

Stefano couldn’t have made our experience anymore enjoyable! He was so attentive and always made sure our glass was topped up when needed! His friendly manner made our night so personable and extra special. Would highly recommend a Saturday night sitting watching the live guitar and flamingo dancing!

The room was exceptionally spacious,we loved the bed size and the hygiene was top-notch. The meals at the executive lounge too was really perfect and some great stuff there. Personally,I would like to compliment one stuff by the name Dhanshukhbhai for being so amazing,polite and really humble and pays attention to detail. He really made our room look so nice and very super neat. I give him thumbs up for that and may God bless you a lot Dhanshukhbhai,you did a commendable job.

I had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at Afternoon Tea in Aspen, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The setting was charming, and the selection of teas and treats were superb. Liam and Tatiana were exceptional their service was impeccable, making us feel truly special. Liam’s knowledge of the menu and his attentiveness were outstanding, and Tatiana’s friendly, welcoming nature added a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Kempinski Dubai in mall of emirates it’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a refined afternoon.

Staying 5 nights - Grand Deluxe Room , which is excellent to share with family and have big enough space. Room was always serviced super well by Dhanshub - he made personal connection and couldn’t do more enough for us. Location is spot on - very easy. Staff stand out - and that’s throughout the property . Breakfast (included) - good enough choice for everyone : Shasha hostess stood out for us !
