The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. When we checked in they knew we were celebrating an anniversary and were kind enough to upgrade our room for us. James on the reception desk was awesome and was always on hand to help us out, including when I locked myself out the room and within seconds he’d solved any issues we had. Overall I would highly recommend a stay here for a visit to Dubai and will 100% be coming back.

Our stay here is coming towards the end and I wish we weren’t going! Even before we arrived communications with guest relations specifically Hnin Nay Chi Hlaing were so accommodating and amazing. We are celebrating my partners 30th so they decorated the room and left a lovely card and cake, we even got a lovely room upgrade! The breakfast buffet is clean and has a wide range of choices. All the staff work so hard, from reception to the restaurants, the cleaners, room service and especially the pool. Huge credit to them. When we return to Dubai there is no doubt we will be coming back here.

This was our second stay at dukes first as a family of 3, I can guarantee we will be returning in the near future, the hotel is exactly what you want when on holiday, the location of the area has changed a lot since we last came with the Nakheel mall and west beach now complete this only adds more value to this fantastic hotel, every member of staff was absoutley fantastic from the cleaning staff to the lifeguards Akram on the concierge team from the minute we arrived to the minute we left was absoutley fantastic and was always very helpful to make our holiday stress free with a 2 year old, one of the security staff didn’t catch his name in particular was absoutley brilliant with our son and also we advice on what and where we should visit whilst on holiday another fantastic member of the dukes team, I hope whoever books this place has the time we’ve had on both our stays because I can assure anyone looking for a relaxed, well looked after and stress free holiday duke the palm is the hotel that will exceed your expectations thank you for everything on our stay we will be returning. Just had the best holiday at the dukes the palm , our second time at this hotel, this hotel is very clean food is fantastic, the pool is amazing but what makes it is all the staff who are all so friendly, and there always making sure your happy , big shout out to priya in the restaurant and saif pool housekeeping you made our stay so special we will be back 😊😊

If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel in a great location, this is the one. Beautiful reception area and greeted by staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Having stayed in lots of hotels through work, I’m often fairly underwhelmed but room was fantastic and amenities in general were exceptional. They really have thought of everything. Infinity pool, beach and lazy river all excellent. Balcony in our room (although too hot to sit out for long) was a nice bonus. Really couldn’t rate highly enough and would definitely stay again. Thank you! ☺️
