Luxurious Stay at Western Hotel Liwa with Breakfast & Dinner for Two

We stayed in Western Hotel Liwa for 2 nights during Eid holidays in June. We liked the property at the first sight itself, its not too big building, has traditional touch to the structure and ample parking slots. We were greeted by the smiling and welcoming front desk staff Jesly, Yehia and Saleh. They gave us detailed information about the facilities on the campus and also what we can explore around. The swimming pool is large enough so it didn't feel crowded with many guests in it. With the weather little warm, my kids enjoyed their time in the pool. We also tried our hands with the bow and arrow and could hit the bull's eye! The bow n arrow and badminton are arranged in the small garden area on way to the pool, we would have preferred to have more sitting arrangements in the lawn. There was a TV by the pool where we tried to watch a movie, but it was not very audible because of the open space. Though we loved the idea and it could have been a wonderful open air movie experience. Breakfast and dinner was comprehensive. It provided many options both Indian and continental. My kids loved to get their pasta done in front of them. Some of the pastries were little sweet, but there were different pastries to choose from on both days. The staff in the dining hall (I forgot their names now) was very cooperative and helpful. My son had throat ache so we preferred warm water, they saw to it that we get bottleful of warm water everyday. Rooms were spacious, clean and full of light. Getting in the bathtub is little uncomfortable but otherwise we loved spending time in the room, relaxing. We would like to spend some time in the balcony but it wasn't cleaned. It has nice table and chairs. It is a good place to take an evening stroll as well. We loved to spend some time in the reception area which is spacious enough with many sofas and newspapers. Overall it was a wonderful experience. We loved our stay in Western hotel Liwa thanks to the amazing staff they have.

The staff were extremely cordial. Lobby, room and restaurant decor embodied space, light & immaculate cleanliness. Swimming pool was big, scenic and very well maintained. Two chefs - Chetan & Ali dished out delicious food while Eshe & Abdelsameh complemented as a great server. Saleh was very warm & caring at the front office. Overall, an unforgettable experience that deserves an enchore.

We arrived in a hot Tuesday afternoon and the hotel was not that busy. We met the front office staff Jese and she greeted us well offered us a room next to the pool with a view overlooking the dunes. Pool was nice and warm- ideal for kids and family with a pool bar around. Dinner was exceptional, we went for the alacart option and never expected the potions to be so big and filling. Kitchen and restaurant staff was fabulous!! Specially Chef Dhananjaya, Janith, Zulfiqar and F & B Eshe and Talha. Thanks for making our stay memorable!!!

It was indeed a good experience, stay/facilities/food was 4 star level however it is not a summer place. You should visit this place only in winters. Chettan, Dhananjay, Zulfikar were amazing in their main restaurant - their warm hospitality is absolutely amazing.

Quiet and Clean Hotel. With decent checkin timings and simple activities - Ideal place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. Food was pretty good. The Sous Chef Chetan and Live Pasta Dhananjaya were very helpful and made the dining place a Happy place

OMG ! What an amazing stay we had. Every member of the hotel staff that we met was just awesome and cannot believe the amazing Hospitality service we received. We recommend every family / individual / traveler to visit Western Liwa Hotel and experience the relaxed nature of this property. To compliment a few, i have taken a note of their names and will surely remember them forever.
