Vibrant One Night Stay with Breakfast for a Family of Three at JA Beach Hotel

Great stay. Staff were very attentive and helpful (especially Sai in Captains bar). Food was AMAZING in the restaurants especially Beef tenderloin in Taperia. Made to feel very welcome. Resort very clean. Plenty of sunbeds although the main ones around the big pools were reserved by towels from 7am with some people not returning to them until midday. Some beds were routinely reserved in an identical way! Drinks glasses at the pool bars were just quickly washed by hand which did not seem hygienic. There was often a big queue at the pool bar as only one staff member was on.

The IBN MAJED buffet. the food was great! and the service of ladies name Nipuni and Uchitha was even better. they had their smiles on their faces every time very friendly and always ready to help.Me and my other friends enjoyed the food very much and most importantly the service was excellent from all the staff at this restaurant. A five star service! Highly recommended .

we visited Ja beach hotel in September 2024. What a wonderful hotel, an oasis in the middle of the desert. very tasty and varied food. JA resort never fails to impress no matter how many times we visit.. Staff are so professional yet friendly... We never regret or get bored from going over and over again, best and largest beach n Dubai, more than 20 restaurants and bars to choose from

The hotel and the rooms itself are absolutely amazing..our room is fantastic. The staff is so friendly. Specially Mr. Indika at the reception Beach Hotel is so friendly and always with a smile. He helped me with the check-in process .it was great We are enjoying our stay..

Love the resort, so much things to do! You have greenery and beach and amazing fancy restaurants! I would like to specially thank to ms.Yin receptionist, I have noticed her, that she truly work from her heart, her energy, kindness and elegance made me feel very welcome!! She gave me an amazing room with sea view, without any arguments she has gave me the best experience! Wish everyone was like her in every hotel ! People who works with love and joy, are really diamonds!! Recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travelers!
