Minimum participation requirements are age 8 years and above - minimum height of 125 cm - minimum weight of 40 kg and maximum weight of 120 kg
Participants must be in good physical health and should not have conditions aggravated by high-intensity activities
Participants must wear comfortable athletic clothing - closed-toe sports shoes or hiking trainers with good grip - and are advised to bring sunblock - a light jacket or windbreaker during cooler months - and a water bottle for hydration
