Participants must be in good physical health and free from conditions aggravated by physical activity
Activities and stays are subject to weather conditions and may be adjusted for safety
Participants must wear comfortable athletic clothing - closed-toe sports shoes or hiking trainers with good grip - and are advised to bring sunblock - a light jacket or windbreaker during cooler months - and a water bottle for hydration

The camp operates on a self-catering basis - so guests should bring their own food or prebook from the available menu including breakfast and BBQ dinner at least 48 hours prior to arrival
A range of on-site adventure activities is available at the camp and can be booked separately
Comfortable clothing suitable for cooler mountain temperatures is recommended
Rock Climbing OR Abseiling:
Minimum participation requirements are age 8 years and above with a maximum weight limit of 100 kg
High Ropes:
Minimum participation requirements are age 8 years and above - minimum height of 125 cm - minimum weight of 40 kg and maximum weight of 120 kg
Archery - Air Rifle - Axe Throwing:
Minimum age is 8 years for archery - 10 years for air rifle shooting and 12 years for axe throwing
