Very Satisfied we have 48hrs ticket, it was good option to our friends, The tour tour hop on hop off bus was amazing we are very satisfied very useful for the tourist to see the view from deck of the bus, many things you can do if you want to hop and visit the places The staff are good specially the driver "Akbar" we took tge bus blue line at 2pm his very talkative and energetic and funny, it makes us feel comfortable with my friends.The air-conditioning of the bus was enough in fact it was cold that's why we transfer in the open top we are from Serbia we like the weather here. We use the purple line also at the night for panoramic view it was nice, but I hope nxttym we can go down and take a picture

we are glad that we use the tour hop on hop off, the service was good we can able visit get off in different places. we really enjoyed sightseeing inside the bus specially in modern places it was absolutely amazing. come visit dubai and use hop on hop off

Once we boarded the Bus had trouble loading up our voucher which the driver was so helpful and told us he would help and managed to to get our tickets and told to help ourselfs to cold bottles of water and gave us some earphones.We went upstairs into the AC section which was clean and tidy the english commentarywas so clear and the views where so wow even ventured out to the open deck for photos even at the Dubai Mall the staff where so helpful and even on the second day we got off at JBR to see the camels for a hour and after two hours we had missed the bus the let us sit on the spare bus in the AC.Was really great talking to the team and where very helpful and spoke great english and even a great thank you the the staff member at the Atlantis a few days later who saw my wife stuggling in the heat and went over to her and gave her a bottle of water a credit to the company well done Mr.

I love the dancing fountain at the night it was really, burj Khalid’s was really awesome..the red line was showing more old places but what was amaze me was I the in al seef while walking it was really intersing thou it was hot, in the blue it was interesting was the madinat to jumerah and burj Al Arab., but unfortunately the bus finshed early, but the staff was really helpful, the audio was good it was givin information I recommend to the tourist to do the tour hop on hop off city sightseeing seeing

We just came back from our holiday in Dubai. We are an Italian family and this is our second time in this city, so we have decided to buy 2 days tickets for the hop-on hop-off Dubai city sightseeing, it was the best choise ever. There are a lot of stops near all the major sights plus the audio guide. But what was also more important for us was the customer care of the employees. We have been so impressed by the outstanding professionalism, kindness and punctuality of Mr. Asad and Mr. Meraj M. who helped us during our 2 days tour. We are looking forward to meet them again on our next holiday in Dubai.

Ok, so we got this so that we could see Dubai without having to get taxis, We picked the bus right outside our hotel, perfect. There are a few different routes and you can do an evening tour and book different durations, depending on your needs.They were easy to see and easy to catch. however there are a few things that I would say need tweaking.1. The app, i was told it was a great app, you could track the bus etc and it was easy to use, better than the paper map. However, when we were at the Emirates Mall, the app was saying bus in 3 mins, the bloke was saying no, its 20mins. He openly admitted the app was wrong.2. The times, I get that there needs to be a cut off time, but some of the buses last time departing a stop was as early as 530, that seems very early for people to have finished an evening meal, or a bit of shopping etc. especially in the heat. It would have been better to have them carry on for a while longer, may till around 7pm, thus allowing people to eat out and then get the bus back, rather than having to head back early, or having to them pay for a taxi.
