I was craving surprises like beef schnitzel and more, and I found it all at Salt & Pepper Restaurant in Al Bandar Rotana. Excellent quality for a buffet restaurant. Not a massive selection but everything was nice and hot and what we ate was delicious. Service excellent. Better selection in an evening than breakfast. My only negative would be could you provide a bigger variety of fresh fruit. I love bananas but didn’t see any the 6 nights we were there. Maybe too expensive to import than.

The best brunch in Dubai. Have all kinds of food. Live station, sushi, deserts, and very beautiful view. Friendly staff
