Being born and raised here and having attended 10+ desert safaris over the years, I didn't think I'd be surprised much this time but this trip was really good and the hospitality was amazing... I really enjoyed the service offered by our tour guide Kamran Kami who ensured the trip was smooth and hassle free. The dune bashing was also a thrilling experience thanks to the skilful driver..I would definitely recommend this desert safari for anyone who's a novice in Dubai and wants to seek an adventurous yet safe journey...the trip was also quite affordable and worth the money... would definitely come again 💯💯

Where to start… driver came at 2:45 instead of of 3:30-4:00pm (as promised in brochure)That ruined my lunch plans because driver told me about at 1:30pm and we were on the way to the restaurant, so I was forced to turn around and go back to hotel. After our pick up we went to pick up 4 more people, so we had 7 people (including driver) in old Toyota Fortuna. Driver used internal air circulation (meaning no fresh air). Thus, all 6 passengers were enjoying strong sweat odor for 2 hours on the way to the desert. Car was shaking on the highway, I believe due to structural damage to the car in the past (my friend had similar problem, so I assume that this is the case). Forgot to mention, that during booking I requested Russian speaking guide. Driver did not speak Russian, but I have to admit that his English was pretty good. When we arrived to the ATV rentals only 2 of the group members wanted it, but driver forced everyone to stay at the spot on the heat (105°F) for 30 minutes, only after I started complaining about the heat driver told us about “AC room”. Next stop was actual “Desert Safari” we went to another car with another driver. Oh boy, that was fun, we almost flipped over, but it was fun. Next stop was camel ride… I mean 30 sec (literally) ride, and bye bye. Next thing on the list was dinner. Highly recommend you to pay extra 50/person for “VIP” dinner. Show was good, food was ok. In the end of the journey we got 1h ride to hotel and that was it.

We had a really good trip, which lasted around 6 and a half hours, Ibrahim our guide was really nice and made sure everything went smoothly. You get everything they say on the itinerary however there is a hard upsell on absolutley everything, not from the tour guide but from all other parties involved. Quad biking was good fun, but the Dune Bashing was the highlight.BBQ Food, snacks and Cold drinks were alright and the entertainment was good fun, the fire show was spectacular. Overall a good experience!

We chose this tour company instead of booking via our hotel. Did not regret it at all. Our tour guide Mr. Ihsan treated us like family since the moment we met. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and he totally understood our position and ensured that our desert safari went as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend to other families with young children and would just recommend Mr. Ihsan in general for anyone who wants a quality desert safari experience.

Fantastic afternoon and evening - something really to remember and good value even on the “VIP option” which is worth the small upgrade in price. Itinerary: driven to desert, optional quad biking, opportunity to purchase holiday mementos, dune bashing (hold on to your hats!!), short camel ride as the sun was setting with wonderful opportunity for photos, very tasty buffet meal with good choice of dishes, cultural show with alcohol & shisha for a price. Great mix of people and a good-fun atmosphere for adults and children. Ihsan was fun, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The perfect tour guide - personable and helpful without being intrusive with a great sense of humour too. I felt very safe with him as our guide; I would contact him again for future tours and recommend to friends and family for sure. Thank you, Ihsan!!

My six year old thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. Whilst some of the extra activities on offer were not all suited to her, the package activities were great. Our guide, Ihsan was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Upgrading to a VIP meal at the venue is recommended if you taking smaller kids as food is served at a more suitable time.
