The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable ,the food was very flavorful,.very attentive staff especial mention to the lifeguards in the pool they are very nice to us,Our room is clean and always tidy,Thank you to Elaine in kids club area for always entertaining my kids,he have fun with her. Ideally location is good nearby the mall Highly recommended for those seeking luxury,comfort and world class service . Perfect for both leisure and business travelers .

This hotel sets the standard for amazing service. We were greeted by Solimon who looked after our check in and stay at every step of the way, going above and beyond to ensure our happiness. We are so grateful to Nadim for his amazing daily housekeeping as the room was spotless and always kept stocked with the amenities we asked for. Solange B in the restaurant and Executive Lounge was such an attentive and friendly team member, a true asset to the hotel as she made everyone feel welcome and special. Everything from our room, to the views, the food, the pool and the gym were spectacular, we cannot wait to return. Thank you!

Fantastic hotel, facilities and good location to Burj Khalifa, mall and transport. Staff were amazing, great breakfast and good central location so easy to get around town and our day trips.we would definitely recommend to stay. Yummy Turkish treats and coffee each afternoon.

The room was great and the view was perfect. Also the location is comfortable to visit dubai mall. And thanks to Robert's warm hospitality and friendly service, we were able to have a more comfortable and enjoyable time at the hotel than ever. We hope to see him again if we visit Dubai again.

This is the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed in. The location, environment, and staff are all the most worthy of my recommendation, especially Mr. Singh from Travel Desk. He is very helpful and hospitality, e.g.: booking a car/taxi, recommend daily activities to you on the limited hours a day. You will not regret to choose this hotel!
