Comfortable and casual clothing is recommended

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older

For each adult holding a valid ticket one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket

Proof of age is required at the entrance when redeeming a ticket for a child or infant

Dubai Balloon timing: Daily from 6:00 am until midnight

Helicopter flight information:

Check-in occurs 45 minutes before the flight time with an original passport or an official ID
