We enjoyed the variety of sections created along with the wax figures. The 4D marvel was a nice touch.Having a snack bar on two of the 5 floors was very creative. It is one of the best Madam Tussauds centre that we have visited to date.

We had an amazing experience here. The wax figures were absolutely amazing. We liked how the experience was organized. The museum was clean and spacious. We went late at night about 2 hours before closing and had the place to ourselves. It was easy to take pictures and get close to the wax figures. Overall great experience.

I had so much fun at Madame Tussauds New York. They had a great display for Marvel and a 4D experience. It was great service and I managed to get in when it was less crowded which was so much better. I definitely recommend visiting.

In 1993, I went to Madame Tussauds in London and remembered it fondly after all these years. I took my 11 year old niece to the New York location over spring break. It was just as fun as I remembered! There are 9 floors of displays! There is bound to be a character or two for everyone to love. The staff was great and interactive. I purchased tickets in advance. I got the big package with tickets for a wax hand and the 4D movie. We both had a great time and I felt the price was well worth it. We spent just shy of 3 hours there. The muesum did not feel overly crowded. The admission is staggered to give some space for everyone. At the end, the staff let us know that the displays are updated every 3 months so if we return in the future, there will be more to see!

This wax museum was very fun and interactive with the figures. They are super realistic to the actual Stars from all over the world. They play music and make you dance and have a great time. They have drinks and food throughout the entire experiance as well. We we’re there for about an hour and half taking a bunch of pictures and having a good time. P.S- This is included with the NewYorkPass and other attractions saved us lots of money and time too. Right now during COVID I do not know if there open.
