Well where do i start ..i had read the reviews before i came and had read the very bad ones .we were going to change hotels but decided to just see what its like ..omg its beautiful ,staff are fantastic ,nothing it any trouble .steven on doors always helpful .the hotel shares a pool and pool area with some apartments .(not yer horrible flats in some rubbish area in uk ) these ones are M and S apartments which start at 1million quid so yer not getting the union jack loudmouth embarassing idiots.dubai is stunning .no litter .no fights .no idiots annoying you .just fun ,sun and relaxation .the dukes is right across from nakeel mal where you can get dinner with soda or water for two persons for £25 .yep cheap as chips .or you can spend 1000s up to you .im scottish so we were frugal with our dosh .we used careem app for taxis and we used the local tram/metro .we tip upgrade to gold on the machine .its double the price but worth it ..would i go back to this hotel ??? We are already looking .loved it ..if your gonna moan about rubbish stuff the go and pay double or more at the atlantis ..this one is good and near everything ...we will see you again soon ..glen and tina room 124 ..cleaner guy was fantastic but i cam only remember his name started with an M ...thankyou xxx

We, group of approx. 50 people visited Dukes the Palm Hotel. Everyone really enjoyed the stay and pretty happy with their hospitality. Special Thanks to Mr. Jett Brian for being a wonderful host for this group. Hotel's infinity pool and private beach offers you a cozy space. A hidden pearl in Dubai. I would strongly recommend others can opt this hotel without any second thought on it

Absolutely brilliant. If you like very good Indian food do not miss the opportunity of tasting chef Sharikar Naresh outstanding food. We decided to have the set menu designed by the chef. Could not fault it. To add to the pleasure our waitress Nanisha was beyond helpful. Explaining everything on each course and with a most beautiful smile. Do not miss this excellent restaurant. Had an amazing 5 night stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which the team acknowledged delightfully, thank you. Great location, facilities amazing, all the staff team across all areas made us very welcome and looked after. Will definitely be going back.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. From entering I was greeted by the kindest / friendliest staff. Hakam was AMAZING and did everything to make my stay perfect! The breakfast food was delicious and my room was quiet (every time I have stayed in Dubai previously the road noise has been awful) the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in and the location was ideal for walking and getting anywhere. I’m going back to the hotel in 2025 and I can’t wait. Thankyou to all the staff that made my 4 nights in room 734 perfect.
