The menu showcases delectable options such as Fresh Burrata, featuring heirloom tomato, fresh Burrata, basil leaves, balsamic caviar, and extra virgin olive oil. For the main course, relish the Angus Beef Short Rib paired with truffle mash, confit tomato, glazed carrot, steamed vegetables, and a drizzle of truffle jus. To wrap up your meal, enjoy the luscious Chocolate Dome, a combination of chocolate mud cake, a chocolate dome, hot chocolate sauce, and a garnish of fresh berries.
